Discover Bank and AAA

AAA partnered with Discover Bank to create an affinity program for their customers.

Our strategy focused on increasing awareness of this valuable relationship, the acquisition of new accounts, and forging connections with AAA’s existing customers. AAA members would receive better rates than offered to the general public, and Discover’s customer base would grow, exponentially increasing their reach and brand awareness as a leading consumer financial institution.

Fostering valuable cross-sell opportunities, the relationship encompassed several digital touch points, including web and mobile sites, email, landing pages, banner ads, and digital billboards—all managed with our Interest Rate and Disclosure Manager. And they were supported by traditional methods, like direct mail, brochures for specific AAA divisions and regions, and print ads in high-circulation newspapers and magazines.

Discover Financial Services has partnered with Fusebox on a wide range of digital initiatives.

We collaborate closely with each of their key business units—including Discover Bank, Discover Student Loans, and Discover Home Loans and their partners—on strategic planning, creative projects, and technology implementations. We apply effective project management principles—working as an extension of the Discover team—to create short- and long-term project road maps.

Together, we have developed a number of valuable initiatives and powerful service offerings that continue to provide significant return on investment. Site design, mobile, email management and deployment integration, online marketing campaigns, applications, and our Interest Rate and Disclosure Manager, an SaaS which allows consumer banks to manage the interest rates and disclosures of various products with a single live service.
